« Wonderful property, has everything you might need and is very clean. We loved the outdoor chairs to sit in and relax in the beautiful surroundings. I wish we could have stayed longer. There is some noise being close to I5, but it wasn’t a detractor for us. Host provided great recommendations too. »

« The Cain Lake Retreat Cabin property was an ideal gathering spot to accommodate our out of town/out of country visiting family for our daughter's weekend wedding at a venue which was close by. We were fortunate to have perfect weather to enjoy the floating dock lake access , meals on the outside deck, plenty of outside lounge chairs and lawn space to play outside games. « Cabin was clean and comfy with fabulous views. Access to beach and location on Penn Cove was spectacular. Only way the stay could have been better is if the skies were sunny and blue and the whales had swam by to say "Hello.". »

« My family had a great stay at West Beach resort. Cabin was great with all we need, right on the beach. It was amazing to spend evenings around fire place and to hear t waves. Very relaxing. It was nice to have convince store at resort to buy coffee or other basics. Everyone was very friendly. We loved it. »

« We visited in the Dec. off-season and found a very comfortable, clean & airy cabin. The photos were accurate as well as the description. Great view of the Sound just 20' away. Made a good base for hikes on the island. Cabin rentals are a little pricey but the hot tub and proximity of a well-stocked resort store are 2 of the justifications. »
