« We loved staying at Bay Bliss apartments the pool and the view were beautiful and a highlight. We didn’t realise how far out of Airlie we would be but luckily the bus was great and cost effective during the day. « Filthy, dirty, unclean & I’m extremely disappointed. Ruined what was supposed to be the holiday of a lifetime and birthday present from my recently deceased Father. After spending the night sitting up on the couch with my personal towel as a blanket and not being able to secure alternative accommodation I had to fly back to W.A. that afternoon which cost me an extra $700. All of the activities I had booked and pre-paid for were not refunded. I’m not a sook but I cried for days. »
