The shower was good but there was only 2-bath towels and one hand towel no wash cloths. „The property is in an area where there are a lot of vagrants/homeless people. When we pulled up to the property there must have been a dozen or more sitting in front of the building. Waiting to get fed by the local food kitchen. Drug paraphernalia littered the area and there was a smell of urine. They were there at all times of the day and yes there were arguments, singing and normal conversation throughout the night. „The property was very homey feeling and reasonably priced but for as many units there are, parking was insufficient. It’s definitely if you get a spot don’t go anywhere because you might not have a spot when you come back. Getting to the beach by vehicle and using gps took longer than getting back and that was surprising. Overall, loved the area.
