« The property is a beautlful home with enough rooms and space for my family. We lived that each floor felt like its own small apartment soace with a bathroom oer floor as well ad bedrooms. The front porch and patio were lovely places ro sit and relax and enjoy the outside. This home made our vacation and travels even better. »

Logement bien équipé, et salon très agréable ainsi que les 2 chambres, salle de bain un peu petite pour 4 et un peu vétuste. Dispose également d’un lave linge et d’un sèche linge bien pratique lit »

« very comfortable and easy. Perfect location for us to stay, to retreat from festivities, nap (it is quiet) and refuel and then rejoin. Met all of our needs perfectly.Stairs if you have children or elderly can be a challenge.The property has beautiful plantings - of particular note is the rose bush in front! »

« Beautiful well appointed, comfortable home on the water. Thoughtfully furnished to maximize water views and the lovely breeze. Owner was very responsive and supplied all needed information. »

« The house was beautiful and as advertised. It was very clean and so spacious. My family of 7 had plenty of room for the long weekend. We loved a few local spots in the area. We recommend Greenhouse, Twin Willows, NY Bagels of RI and Gansett Wraps. The host was very responsive to all my inquiries. »

« Excellent place to stay! The house was clean, well stocked and relaxing. There are 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and an additional 2 smaller ones which worked perfectly for our family. We had 1 slight issue (tripped the breaker) and when I messaged the host asking for assistance locating the GFI, they responded immediately. I strongly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area. »

« As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's older, with old appliances and nice wooden floors - definitely nothing fancy, but very Newport in its own way. Nice shower.My only...

« Very clean, newly and beautifully decorated home in a quiet, suburban neighborhood. Looks exactly like the photos posted. Beds are super comfortable, especially enjoyed the blackout shades in the super sunny bedrooms. Location is superior - quick drive to downtown Newport and mansions/cliff walk. Many good local restaurants if you prefer to stay close. The host is professional and easy to interact with. Would definitely stay again. Wish we stayed long enough to enjoy the back deck/BBQ grill....

« The location of the property is excellent. Its in a very quiet residential neighborhood and is very private with a nice outdoor patio and yard. It is possible to walk to some neighboring businesses and restaurants and its very near some main roads to easily travel to Newport, Middletown, some hiking areas or the beaches. The house itself is modernized New England and charming. The stairs are quite steep and there should be a warning for those who might have a problem. We were there for 6 nights....

« Beautiful modern home. High end everything. The dock is good for kayaks or a small boat. Not really water you want to jump right into. Overall a great place to stay. Good restaurants nearby. Nice firepit, quiet neighborhood and great views. About 24 min to Newport. »

« We rented this house for URI graduation weekend. It was the perfect location, weather was spectacular, plenty of room for everyone No need for an ocean sound machine to help you sleep, there is one just outside. Outside shower was amazing. »
