« ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic waterside villa – ideal for families! We stayed with our wife and 4 children and had a brilliant holiday. We were sceptical at first as there were only 3 reviews, but realised it’s a new listing – and we’re so glad we booked! Arrival exceeded expectations: the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, all appliances like new, perfect for family meals. Beds are huge and incredibly comfortable; bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The laundry room was a great bonus. Pool area...

« This property was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with well-kept private homes. Furnishings were modern and accommodating. The pool was fun, but the air was cold during our visit, so we didn’t use as much as we would have liked. The only major complaint we had was that much of the cookware was badly treated Teflon with chips and peeling surfaces. Otherwise, the kitchen was great! We had a wonderful stay! »

« We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this spacious home. The pool and backyard area were great and where we spent a lot of our time. Home was very clean. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group. »
