« The best part about staying at Royal Palms Galapagos was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful, making their best effort to make our stay enjoyable. They remembered our dietary restrictions and would point out if a dish had food we couldn’t eat. The facilities were very nice, and cleaned by friendly staff. The property grounds were serene and lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely choose the Royal Palms again. »

« Petit hotel charmant avec un personnel très gentil et toujours à l’écoute, vraiment serviable. La dame qui tient l’hôtel est au top. La chambre a tout pour être tranquille, la literie est vraiment bien, petit bémol, la chambre que j’avais était juste au dessus de balançoire que l’on entend si quelqu’un est dessus. Nous ne sommes pas si loin du centre ville, accessible à pied en 15 min, les taxis sont très nombreux et à 1,5 dollars la course, sinon vous avez les vélos qui sont prêtés gratuitement...

« Large property - 3 bed rooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms. It was an excellent value. The home had fantastic air conditioning - which we really appreciated after a long day of excursions. There was plenty of filtered water and the washing machine was a bonus. In terms of negatives: - No WiFi (but the host was clear about this from the beginning) - No mirrors over sinks (had to use our phone’s camera to shave) - Dogs barking at night - No hot water in the morning - No address - difficult to explain...
