« Despite the Expedia confirmation and my correspondence with the hotel prior to arrival, when we arrived first we had to wait over an hour for anybody to arrive at the reception, only to hear that our reservation does not exist. After a tiring trip we had to run around the city to find any hotel that looks acceptable and has free rooms left. All that with full luggage, burning noon sun and a child. Stay away from that hotel! Shame on Expedia that they sell a hotel that claims no work with...
