« Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. « Overall, it was a clean place with a good view. The toilet was leaking but we just dealt with it since we were only there a couple of days. There was an issue with a loud neighbor that was made worse by the shared door that basically lets you hear everything next door. We had to bang on the outside front door at 12:30am to tell them to quiet down which they did around 1am. The shared door between the rooms means you may end up with a tough time going to sleep. »
