« Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay. »

« The cabin is so cute and cozy! Very comfortable. We slept great! The neighbors were very friendly and even invited us over! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The lake beach were amazing! We had a wonderful weekend getaway. The hosts are easy to contact. We will stay again! Love love the location! The only downside is there is no lake view from the cottage like we thought but easy lake access. We did not use the hot tub, washer/dryer or fire pit but those are great amenities! « The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. « Absolutely perfect! Great location. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family and outdoor space for kids to play. Host replaced gas grill within an hour of us letting them know it wasn’t cooking properly. Loved screened in porch for relaxing and for storing all our outdoor equipment. We will definitely be back! »

« 5 stars for location, communication and amenities! Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...
