« The Condo was very nice, very clean and in a great location. Easy access to the beach and short distance to shopping, restaurants and Captiva. It wasn’t a bad experience but I think there are something that would be nice. The grounds and pool were clean.
1. Please put hand towels in the bathrooms!
2. Remove 3 inch mattress pads. Sheets do not want to stay on.
3. Have AC in working order. Clean condensation drain regularly.
4. Have 2 rolling luggage racks, one for second and 3rd floor.

« Room was very well decorated with nice updates. Our only issue was that housekeeping had not kept up with the cleaning. We called the office and they sent a housekeeper later that day. Received a call the next day asking if our issues had been taken care of, which they were, but still needed a thorough cleaning. »

« As usual unit was ready and clean upon arrival,very well stocked kitchen for customer use, but did have pretty large stains in master bedroom carpet which is looking old and needs replacing,ceiling fan does not circulate air very well,towels in master bathroom were beach stained. We had friends visit and spend the night in guest room,there is no tv or ceiling fan in the guest room,little uncomfortable for guests. A/C unit does very good on cooling main living room, but not bedrooms. Little...
