„This place is amazing! The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped, and just 2 minutes to the most beautiful beach! Ocean view. Pristine white, sandy beach, and crystal clear waters. We were able to walk over a mile without seeing anyone else to the western tip of the island which is a nature preserve. „The home was in a perfect location and offered all the comforts of home. The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The master bedroom shower was incredible, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus during our stay. Thinking it was maybe a little late contacted him again the next day with no response. Asked for a partial refund which was refused by the host. Unit also had a few other inconveniences. „Well maintained property with almost everyting at a walking distance. Checking method and communication on the weekend could be better, but overall I would highly recommend Residancial plaza colonial to anybody who wants to enjoy the vibes of the city.“

„The beach area was accurate. The condo was not clean, there was mold growing in the shower and the bathroom door and floor obviously had water damage and was coming off. The toilet had not been cleaned thoroughly. The listing stated that the kitchen appliances were new and the sofa was new, but that was also not the case.“

„Apartment is in an gated community. You are directly in the Tourist Area. You also have special access to the Beach Strip. Everything worth visiting is close and can be reached via Walking. AC and Fans in Living Room and Bedroom. Everything worked out great. I enjoyed my Stay and recommend this Place highly.“
