Location de vacances de particulier à Îles du golfe de Thaïlande

"It s hard to believe what happened . We booked out room on Expedia at 3 pm we arrive at 4 pm the room isn’t ready in inter season . I m with a 65 year old person . They tell us to wait until 5 pm !? No upgrade , just a small plat of fruit with 2 mandarines , grapes hard as nuts, and a slice of watermelon . The room «  garden wing «  is so far away from reception that you need a golf car to get to it . We were given the room furthest away on the 3 rd floor with no lift . Some of the staff was pleasant and helpful but the receptionist on arrival did not want to hear nothing and kept blaming us . They send you a taxi for the airport 5 min away that costs the same money as going thru the whole of Bangkok ! If you want to charge your phone in your room don’t forget to come with an extension lead ! As there is no plugs on the bedside , not very practical when you have apnea and need to plug your sleeping device . Beach was awful and dirty , they don’t clean it . Full of plastic and algues . The breakfast is well worth it tho ! "

"Le cadre de l’hôtel est idyllique. Nous avons séjourné dans une villa partial ocean view, la chambre était magnifique. La qualité de service est également excellente. La nourriture et le choix de boissons sont également au rendez-vous. Attention cependant, l’hôtel est actuellement en travaux (créations de nouveaux espaces et rénovation de la salle de sport) ; nous n’avions pas été prévenus en amont de notre séjour. Un dédommagement est offert sur place (de 50€). Tout l’hôtel n’est pas concerné mais pour certaines villas à côté des travaux cela peut vraiment handicaper le séjour."

"Tout est top! Resto et bar piscine sympa mais un peu cher par rapport à l extérieur de l hôtel..Emplacement idéal pour toutes sortes d occupations ( massage sur la plage a proximité … petit restos aux alentours… loc de scooter … marché local …etc) Les piscines de l hôtel au top aussi et qui sont sur la plage ( sauf bémol pas de baignade facile dans la mer car 30cm d eau sur des dizaines de mètres …)"
