"Je ne sais pas par quoi commencer tellement notre séjour a été un fiasco... - pour commencer notre vol initial a été annulé pour cause d orage. Nous avons été reprogrammé le soir suivant . J ai demandé pour avoir un geste commercial pour la nuit non honorée j ai vite compris que c était peine perdue. Ils me répétaient en boucle : " ce n' est pas la politique du resort de faire un geste commercial !" On repassera pour la compassion ! - nous sommes arrivés tard au resort , après plus de 24 h d attente a l aéroport... Bonjour l accueil , pas le moindre sourire, elle ne nous regarde même pas quand elle nous parle . - Nous avions réservé une chambre vue ocean. Je vous publie la photo de la vue! 😂 ! Alors ils m expliquent que le manager considère que c est une vue ocean ! On a pas du tout la même conception de la vue ocean ! Les photos sur leur site sont mensongères, ce n' est pas du tout la même vue! Quand on leur demande ils répètent juste en boucle : " je comprends je comprends" sans même vous regarder ! - une fois dans la chambre il nous manquait le lit pour le 3 ème enfant.. alors qu ils étaient prévenus. Une personne est venue nous apporter un lit pliant avec les draps a cote . A nous de nous débrouiller pour faire le lit. - le rideau de la baie vitrée cassé .il restait clos tout le séjour. On leur a signalé, aucune réaction - mes deux fils ont eu des piqures de punaises! - j ai rarement aussi mal mangé dans leur restaur! Du mauvais surgelé. passez votre chemin ! "
