« The villa was fantastic and very modern. However, do not expect a real 5 star hotel on the service side. The food was not good, hard to get proper service (i.e. have to ask multiple time for things). Everything is over priced (higher then Singapore price for no reasons). Resort is super far from airport and nothing suround it. No music in restaurants other than pool bar so quite boring. Would not go back. »

« The hotel is very close to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal: very convenient ! It is located opposite to Mega Mall where you can find everything. We were welcomed with a delicious ginger lime cocktail. The staff is extremely kind, very very helpful and smiling which is totally diferent from Singaporean behaviour. The breakfast was delicious, tasty and with a wide variety of products. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely I will visit again. »

« 客船をホテルにしているということで、船内ツアーを開催していたり、ユニークな作りで楽しめました。部屋からの景色も非常に綺麗でよかったです。近くのマングローブ・ホタルツアーも近くて便利でした。窓が結構汚れていたのがちょっと勿体無いのと、レストランのレパートリーがもっとあると良いなと思いました。 »

« Agréablement surpris par l'accueil du personnel. L'hôtel est bien situé à 100 mètres d'une plage paradisiaque avec des petits îlots magnifiques accessibles en canoé kayak. Un chauffeur vient vous chercher à la sortie du ferry, vous dépose à l'hôtel et monte vos valises en chambre. A la réception tout le personnel vous reçoit avec le sourire et fait tout pour vous rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. (en particulier une réceptionniste prénommée FITRI qui nous à bien aidé pour toutes...

« Todella rauhallinen paikka ja uima-allaskin oli lähes yksityiskäytössä. Alueen ravintoloiden aukioloajat eivät pitäneet paikkaansa eikä mitään tietoa yksityistilaisuuksista. Ihanan isot huoneet. Sivuilla on maininta että lentokenttäkuljetus lisämaksusta ja maksutta lauttaterminaaleihin näin ei kuitenkaan ollu vaan maksettiin itse tullessa taksi ja paluumatka hotellin järjestämä. Joskin hinta oli erittäin edullinen. »

« Asialink rooms are recently redecorated, clean and to a hit standard. Hotel is 15min walk to the main Batam shopping malls. Hotel has a small outdoor pool. Reception area lets the hotel down. Breakfast is a Malay style buffet which feels like a busy shopping mall on Saturdays. So great rooms but a bit grotty in the public spaces. »

« There are not much places to visit in the surrounding area. Even the small shopping area whereby only transport is via the resort & many shops were closed. 😓 »
