« We had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with this homestay. After booking the room days in advance, we drove nearly 7 hours to reach the property — with my wife unwell during the journey — only to receive a call from Mr. Bijoy at 5 PM asking us to cancel our reservation. His reason was that the existing guests “couldn’t fly out of India” and would be extending their stay. This is completely unacceptable. A confirmed booking is a commitment. « Staff were very attentive and helpful. Had an issue with the shower not draining and it was attended to and resolved and cleaned within 10mins. I arrived late at night after flight delays. The staff insisted on making me toast and jam so I wouldn't have to go hungry..... Booked a taxi through them which arrived early. Very pleasant stay. Would recommend. Great location and very quiet away from the busy town. »

« when I arrived they said they did not have a reservation for me, when in fact I already paid for it even in advance so at midnight I had to go somewhere else. I could not get a refund because it was still time to check in. They never issued a refund. Very convenient for them to keep your money after they turned you away! »
