„Colonel's Retreat isn't a fancy hotel with a pool. It's in a safe & quiet residential area and it has a "soul". The rooms are a good size, excellent shower and very comfy bed. The staff are lovely, they even when we had an early train offered a takeaway breakfast. They also organised all our pickups and drop offs very efficiently. „This was a great place and location. We loved our rooms with big beds and attached spacious bathrooms. Breakfast aloo paranthas are going to be memorable for life for my foreign children because they were so good and tasty. They cooked with love and heart we could feel. The food we ordered for dinner was good too except one of the curry was extremely hot with chilies even for me who’s a very spicy and hot eater. Need to fix that. „The place is a bit far from the main gaths and turistic atraction and a bit hard to reach (has to be by foot). The staff was nice and the AC worked well in the room which was really good, since the rest of the place was pretty warm. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was not separeted from the rest, which leads to the whole bathroom being wet after showering. The mattress was old and had a whole in the center. Breakfast was OK. If you are not searching for too much comfort, this place is good.“

„Mein Mann und ich haben das Thikana als Standort für unseren Indienaufenthalt gewählt. Der letzte Besuch dauerte 8 Tage. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Liebevolle Betreuung durch die Besitzer Sheetal und Atul und das Personal. Sehr anregend waren die Gespräche morgens um den großen Frühstückstisch. Wir werden im kommenden Herbst auf jeden Fall wieder dort wohnen.“

„インド一人旅で滞在しました。大通りから一本入ったところにあり、基本的にはとても静かで対応してくれたスタッフもとても優しかったです。部屋もとても綺麗で、シャワーも問題なく使えました。翌日早朝に早く出ることを伝えると、朝食の準備が間に合わないからということで前日の間に食事を持たせてくれました(ローティ、スパイス、バナナ、紙パックのフルーツジュース、ヨーグルト) オーナーもとても親切で駅まで無料で車で送迎してくれました。次にデリーに泊まる際はまた利用したいです。“

„No WiFi, but rude staff. They charge for one bottle of water, and that too 100% more than the market rate. It is best not to rely on Hotels.com ; you should check out hotels before putting them up. Till then I would not give you a zero but a minus.“

"Luxuriöses und stilvolles Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Business Upgrade sehr zu empfehlen! Großes Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Man ist sogar eingeladen, Obst oder Snacks für die Weiterreise mitzunehmen. Das Einzige, was man beanstanden könnte, war der lahme Gepäckservice bei der Abreise und die hochnäsigen Gepäckträger, die einem frech ins Gesicht sagen, wenn das Trinkgeld zu wenig ist."

"This hotel is a good option if you are planning to stay in Aerocity: it has a very good breakfast, and it’s located very close to the Square. They also provide bottled water free of charge, since in general tap water is not drinkable in India. I want to leave a special thanks for Mithun, whom I ran into when leaving for check out. He took care of our room during our stay, and not only the room was spotless, but also he is pays attention to every detail to make your stay more comfortable and pleasant."
