You can access the building through the main entrances. we ask that you be respectful of the home and community, you can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
Use of Common Amenities: *Guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to review and schedule with the building management.
*Maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as Fitness Centre, and Business Centre for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others.
*Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day.
* Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150.
* Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed.
* CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone.
* Amenities are not for commercial use.

MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY
We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.
We do however have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.

Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.
Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with Noise detection monitors.
Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00
Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.
Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.
House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.
You must also acknowledge: Potential for noise - This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.

Stay in Whitestown
Easy access. Close to the freeway. New construction. First night there was some music pretty loud in one of the neighboring units till about midnight. The individual bedrooms inside the unit and the main bathroom all had individual locks which was a bit strange? A few minor things that could use some attention (low water pressure in main bath, some caulking/painting was dinged up) but overall the place was very comfortable and met all our needs.

1. We were told it was on first floor; it wasn't.
2. The day of check in, Verbo kept sending us the wrong link. It took us 3 hours to finally get in.
3. Code -each bedroom had a lock with code, as did the hall bath; however, the hall bath had a different code than the rest of the apartment.
4. When we turned on the ceiling fans, dust bunnies flew through the bedroom.
5. It was not fully equipped for 4 people. They had 2 coffee cups, 3 cereal bowls and 3 salad plates.
6. We could not use the balcony, because it was infested with nesting birds.

Description Not Accurate
The description of the property says, "2 BR with a double and single beds". There was a double in each room but the other beds were not as described. One was an inflatable mattress that had to be put in the living room and the other was a small single fold-out cot. We would not have booked this apartment if we had known. Also, each BR had a lock on it. One lock worked the other had to be forced. We didn't dare close the doors to each BR for we didn't want to be locked out. Also, it is a 3 floor building with no elevators. Two of our group are handicapped and were forced to walk up a long flight of stairs. It was not noted in the listing that there was no elevator.

Nice unit with lots of rules; strict quiet time after 10pm
The unit was nice, very clean and well maintained. The rental has a lot of rules and a separate portal with many tabs to read, including rules, check in and check out. There are locks on each bedroom door and the bathroom connected to the living area. The check in process was complicated with multiple codes for the doors. The portal is confusing to use and it was not clear what the access code was. The directions are spread across several pages. The management company is very responsive and sent many messages to read the rules and to read the guidebook. The manager let us know we got a noise complaint for being loud after 10pm when all we did was get in late, unpack, and go to sleep. Due to all of the rules, I would caution anyone with children or anyone who wants to talk after 10pm in staying here. It was a great area close to shopping, dining, and the freeway.
