Outdoors, the yard features a sparkling pool with an expansive tanning deck, and integrated spa. The poolside cabana has comfortable seating, twinkle lights, and a firepit. There is a built in BBQ, along with covered outdoor dining for 6. Have some fun with the ping pong table, and basketball hoop. The grounds have the perfect mix of shade and sun, with plenty of space to spend time with your group, or step away for some alone time.

The spacious interior has a free flowing floorplan with 4 bedrooms. The kitchen has high end appliances, and 2 seats at the island. The casual dining area has a table for 6, and the family room has comfortable seating, TV, and fireplace. There is also a formal dining room with seating for 6 and a sitting room with views out to the pool. Also, an office for virtual work or gaming with an additional sofa/sleeper.

The Primary Suite has a King bed, private doors to the yard and a TV. The en suite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, shower and walk in closet. Suite 2 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, and Bedroom 4 has a Queen and Twin Bunk Bed and additional Twin Sofa Bed. They share an attached Jack n Jill bathroom with shower tub combo. The office has a Queen and Twin sofa beds. Hall powder bath for guest use.

Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.
