Heron by Nest Villas is all about fun, sunshine, and spending time together. Located just a 10-minute walk from the Empire Polo Grounds, this four-bedroom Indio getaway offers the perfect home base for festival weekends, golf trips, and group escapes.



The Space:

The backyard of Heron is truly designed for entertaining. Cool off in the pool, soak in the spa, grill dinner on the BBQ, or gather around the firepit after dark. Brand-new oversized bean bag loungers create the ultimate spot for an afternoon nap, morning coffee, or hours spent soaking up the desert sun.



Inside, bright gathering spaces connect the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it easy to stay connected whether you're cooking breakfast, planning the day's adventures, or winding down after a night out. Four comfortable bedrooms provide plenty of space for friends and family. Plus, there's a surprise arcade, you'll just have to see for yourself!



Heron is relaxed, social, and effortlessly comfortable, the kind of place where the best memories happen between the plans.

• Primary Bedroom - King bed with Ensuite

• Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with shared hall bath

• Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with shared hall bath

• Bedroom 4 - 2x twins with shared hall bath

*Half bath is located downstairs

+ two additional hotel-grade rollaway cots



Please Note:

- Pets are an additional $140 per stay, 2 pets maximum. ALL pets must be approved before booking.

- You will have free parking in the driveway for 2 spots and there is plenty of street parking available.

- Pool heat is an additional $125/night. Please request pool heat 48 hours before arrival.

- The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any time is 10, according to the city’s permitting guidelines.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, decibel levels must be kept to a minimum, no amplified noise outdoors.

- Ring cameras are present at the front door and actively monitored in accordance with policies.



IMPORTANT: Guests are required to complete Nest Villas’ standard rental agreement and check in verification process prior to receiving arrival instructions. By submitting a reservation request, Guest acknowledges and agrees to complete these requirements before check in.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home, pool, spa, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and driveway parking. Self check-in is simple with a smart lock. You’ll also receive a digital guest manual through the Breezeway app with instructions, local tips, and all details for using the home.



The Neighborhood:

Wren is located in a quiet Indio neighborhood close to everything: Coachella Festival grounds, Stagecoach, PGA West, Indian Wells, La Quinta restaurants, shopping, hiking, and top golf courses. The area is known for its wide desert views, warm weather, and easy access to the best of the Coachella Valley while still offering privacy and a peaceful stay.



Getting Around:

The property is a 10 minute walk from the Empire Polo Fields.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heat is available for an additional fee per stay. Please request at least 48 hours in advance. We do not heat the pool during June through September. The spa can be heated separately. No parties or large events. Quiet hours are enforced by the city of Indio. Trash is picked up by the city, so guests do not need to take bins to the curb, just remove trash from the kitchen to the outdoor containers.
