„We stayed four nights and not once were we contacted by housekeeping staff to see if we wanted the room cleaned or additional linens. I don't know if this is protocol for a more than one night stay, but I found it unusual.“

„“Breakfast” was basically non-existent. Not much to offer but a bowl of cold cereal. Top door hinge on our room was not mortised into the door and the top of door hit into the door jam. Had to slam the door to get it to close, and pull hard to open it. Surface of tub was peeling off (about 1/2 of the surface in to floor of the tub was impacted), tub faucet dripped constantly, curtains were missing hooks on the curtain rod and hung all crooked. Mattresses were too firm.“

„The photos do not match the status of the room. When we walked in, the room had mold on the ceiling in different areas, our bathroom or bedroom door would not close and we tried to throw our body into it to get it to shut, the walls and doors were banged in We were there less than 5 minutes & decided to check out & leave because we did not feel safe and the conditions were not good. The hotel staff is refusing to communicate with Expedia about the refund process“

„Zimmer war aufgeräumt, sauber. Am Waschbecken der war eine Undichtigkeit und in der Dusche wäre auch eine Erneuerung des Wassermischbatterie nötig. Sber ansonsten war alles sehr gut“

„This location was not well-maintained. While there was nothing necessarily wrong with the accommodations, the rooms lacked a polished feel. The paint was peeling from the walls, paint was chipping in the shower on the tub and during a storm there were leaks throughout the building.“

„This is definitely a budget hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the manager/owner very friendly and the air conditioning was reliable and very helpful for hot summer days. Breakfast available every morning and laundry on site made it very easy to travel with a family. However, it is quite an old property, old carpets, etc. and the swimming pool area is very old and outdated.“

„Where do I start? I prepaid for 1 week and after my plane was delayed several times and arriving at extended stay I was told I was a no call no show. My reservations was cancelled. I refused to leave, it was 3 am. After waiting for an 1 hour I was told they had a room . The room was filthy, visible dust and dirt in the floor. Very uncomfortable. My week didn’t as expected as I tried to find activity after work until I sleepy enough to withstand the room. There was no refresh or towels or ...

„The staff was kind and welcoming, the hotel rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The air conditioning was well-maintained and parking was accessible. The breakfast wasn't too bad either it had a waffle iron, bread, some cereal, milk, yogurt, and juice. Overall a very nice property to stay at.“
