« I know someone new bought the Inn on Ferry St, but that doesn't excuse the extremely dusty condition of my room, or the lack of any type of window shade to block the sun out. I've stayed at the Inn several times before COVID, and this new owner may want to restore some of the amenities that made staying at the Inn feel more home-like with breakfast for example. I checked in when it was raining and the clerk didn't offer any assistance on getting to my room that was outside and two buildings...

« Hôtel logé dans une belle maison historique, bien située. Petits-déjeuners plutôt pas mal, mais service inexistant, maintenance déficiente, propreté douteuse. Lit double full size ridiculement petit et inconfortable, largeur 137 cm. Pas de sèche-cheveux. Pas de shampooing ni de gel douche. Chambre mal insonorisée, climatisation non réglable, équipements peu fonctionnels. Une expérience très décevante. »

« The entire house was slanted, making it difficult to walk up the stairs, which were already fairly steep. One friend left with unspecified bug bites on her leg, several of us had reddish and brown stains on our mattresses, and one persons was flipped over to hide said stains. Floor came up a bit in the kitchen on our first night there and a friend got a scratch on her foot from it. Trash was also not taken out when we arrived. Decorations were nice, and towels, sheets and dishes were included,...

« Hôtel assez bien placé dans Downtown Detroit. Service de valet efficace pour gérer sa voiture, hôtel plutôt calme, avec une bonne literie pour une nuit reposante. Les chambres sont modernes et en bonne état. Alentours de l'hôtel sans risques particuliers. Restauration non testée. »

« L’appartement est bruyant, il manque des rideaux opaque aux fenêtres, manque un peu d’amour, le sol était collant, la porte de la douche était défectueuse. L’emplacement est idéal et la pièce est immense ce qui est très agréable, mais encore une fois, ça me manque un peu d’amour et de sens du détail. »
