« Outstanding location, spacious house, fully stocked for LOTS of people to have fun on the water! There are two single kayaks and a double, canoe, rowboat, and a pedal boat, complete with so many life jackets in every size, even the little kids, even the big guys — all included with the house. We rented the big boat and had so much fun popping over to Inverness for the playground, antique shopping, and ice cream (check out Sweet Alps, even the people with a million food allergies come away...

« The house was very clean when we arrived. We had everything we needed. The home has a Keurig single serve coffee maker and a few pods to get you started, which was perfect. Other reviews said there was no TV in the livingroom, but there is one and that was nice. We didn't cook anything, but there are plenty of pots and pans and some basic spices, as well as individual packets of condiments. « Really happy with our rental. We used this rental as it was 15 minutes away from my daughter‘s wedding venue at Destiny Ranch. Home is spacious and extremely clean. We did not utilize the pool, but it looked clean as well. As other reviewers have said, there are some neighborhood homes that are not in the best shape, but do not let that deter you from renting this home.
