« Mercedes checked me in. She was AMAZING, very friendly and answered questions, explained where the room was, breakfast, WIFI. Room was very clean and I felt completely safe there. Parking was no hassle and it was very close to the ISU event center I needed to be at. Will definitely stay there again »

« No sympathy from staff or Expedia when a death in family forced my trip forward one day. They refused to use one of their open rooms ONE night earlier to accommodate my stay and we had to get another hotel in another town because of it. Our room went un used and Expedia collected their commission and so did the hotel with ZERO compassion to the human side of business. I would NOT recomend this hotel OR Expedia for your hotel needs. »
