« Stayed here due to numerous 5-Star ratings but now believe they were all false. I’ve never paid $65 a night to squat somewhere but now I can mark that off the bucket list. Hotel felt very much like a half-way house and there’s nothing intrinsically wrong with that but would have liked to know before hand. « Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. »

« The staff was super helpful and accommodating! There was a huge snowstorm coming in, and they made last-minute changes for me without question. They even gave us a late check-out since we had a gap between basketball games. I would definitely stay here again! »

« Nice check-in! Room was really cozy and clean. Variety of breakfast items. The only to add is, the hotel should have a dress code for the dining room, it’s not nice eating and seeing people in PJs and barefoot. »
