The apartment was wonderful. I would give it top rating. The communication was poor. Trip would have been much better if we knew accurately what amenities were there. We asked and we were misinformed. We also asked multiple times about how to check in. We were told to meet a person in the apartment. When we arrived, we couldn’t get past the front gate because you need a QR code that we weren’t provided. The person on site was not as responsive as you would expect. He also said he would meet us the afternoon before we left to settle our bill. He did not come. I followed up. He said he would be there in the morning. He did not come. He came and pulled me out of line at the ferry to settle up our bill. Then he wanted cash only and we were having to flash around a lot of money in public. Had the communication been baseline acceptable, this would be a 5 star property.
