« First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. The inside is very nice with newer appliances, flat screen TVs, nice bedding and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean, the living room was clean but had an old couch. « An intimate gem in St. Pete Beach! A well styled boutique hotel with everything you need. Rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well appointed and designed- very hip. The pool area had both sun and shade, hot tub, and a great bar! The extras were a nice touch- there were bikes to use, plus wagons filled with beach essentials- Upham beach was just around the corner. Staff were excellent too! « This was one of the worst experiences of our lives. We checked in and checked out within the same hour. The hotel felt unsafe, with sketchy people hanging around. The hotel was totally run down and falling apart. The whole place wreaked of marijuana. There were pills on the ground in the hallway. The elevator lights were laying on the floor of the elevator. The room itself was dingy, old and worn down. There are gaps around the door allowing insects to come in. There was a lizard on our toilet…...

« Great place and location. Great staff. WI-FI Signal lacking in room number 2. Also could have used a regular pan (none in room) , they had only pans. Otherwise top notch. Hopefully with the resort fee they charge these issues will be resolved. »

« Nicely update room. We stayed in the 1 king bed suite, had a double balcony on the top floor. Great beach views, good amenities, easy access to the beach and other restaurants in the area. They are building a new pool/bar/restaurant and that didnt even bother us, nice they are upgrading on the beach. »
