« Photos can not capture the beautiful scenery at the villa. You are surrounded by nature and the view of the Northern Lights surrounds the area when they are dancing. Our teens, young adults, middle-aged, and senior family members were all able to enjoy the spacious layout. Travel to local sights is easy and worth it in order to be in the tranquil quiet by the lake. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts. »

« An amazing stay with great views of the city from the hot tub. We loved how close the home was to the city without feeling like we were in a too crowded place. »

« Great location in the historical district of Reykjavik. Within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and night life. Great owners that were available and worked to get us all we needed. House had all 10 people needed. »

« We were a group of 8 friends on vacation. This rental was perfect for our size group and a great home base to explore Reykjavík and surrounding areas. I don’t think the pictures give enough credit for how spacious the kitchen, dining and living room areas are. Thora was also an incredibly helpful and communicative host. »

"Très bel hôtel extraordinairement bien situé. Large terrasse avec spa et sauna et vue imprenable sur le glacier. Restaurant excellent lui aussi avec vue, décidément! Chambre propre et fonctionnelle avec tout l’équipement attendu. Seul bémol: la chambre est franchement petite pour un hôtel de ce standing… Sinon, globalement, très agréable séjour en famille."
