« We had a college reunion and stayed at this delightful property. The House was beautiful, spotless and accommodated all our needs. The rooms were spacious and the location fabulous. It was situated perfectly, right across from the beach. The property manager was always attentive to all our needs and questions. The restaurants and bars were a short distance which made it easy for us to enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back for our next reunion. »

« Stay Duvet was super responsive to anything that came up which were super minor things with the internet. They checked in on us day of check in, day of check out to see if we needed anything. Space was clean and comfortable. Only drawback was no TVs in the bedrooms as I’m someone that prefers to sleep with the TV on but the listing didn’t say there were TVs in bedrooms so that’s on me. Would definitely stay there again. »

« This apartment was great for my family of four. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable and the outdoor shower was a lifesaver. The apartment was clean and efficient. The bathroom is a little tight, but other than that, the layout was very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with essential cooking items and even some basic pantry items. « The property was very easy to find and access with good parking and seemed to be in a very quiet part of the town We have stayed on Folly approximately 10 times, and this was one of our better experiences. Everything was clean as a pin with beautiful ocean front views and just a short 5 minute walk to the pier. We really hated to leave. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is just looking for a nice leisurely stay. »

« The Iris was exactly what I needed, except maybe the car carousel. Technically, my vehicle fits on the SUV carousel, but not really. That was frustrating, especially since I slightly damaged my door. User error. The location of The Iris is perfect. Just off the highway and a few blocks from the famous King Street. « Stayed here to visit my son who recently moved to Charleston. The space was perfect and within driving distance of many points of interest. It had everything you could ask for.
