Hôtel près de Isle of Palms County Park, Isle of Palms, Isle of Palms

« Parking sucks. There are only 8 parking spots below the complex, you’re charged for parking when you check in but then have to pay for off street parking. There are only 6 rooms with a beach view the rest of the rooms are facing the building beside it. Tv didn’t work, the light in the Kitchen didn’t work, stains on the towels and the bathroom was 93% caulking and 7% bathroom. Pretty much in party central, drunk adults and police everywhere all the time. »

« This is a beautiful property. Breakfast is amazing. »

« We visited in October. It was a lovely weekend and really got to enjoy the pool and outside area. From check in to check out however the staff was not helpful. We seemed to be bothering the front desk at both check in and check out and both times were approached with “Yeah?” Rather than a simple “How can I help you?” Or maybe even “Hello” Bar staff also did not give us any warm feelings and acted as though we were bothering them by asking for a beverage. The Fish House was very busy the morning...

« The staff was very gracious, the amenities were most enjoyable. »

« Good service I recommend this one »
