This house was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. It was super close the beach and the decor inside is literally some of the best I have ever seen in a rental property. Highly recommend!

Great property for a family gathering.

Extremely well equipped beach rental within Wild Dunes. The Kitchen/dining/living flow together perfect for large gathering. Nice pool and hot tub, Sonos throughout for continuous music. Great kitchen for meal prep. Thoughtful touches and everything you need.

The best week!

Beautiful home in a great location. Had to buy a fish boil pot and cooler for the beach. Other than that, had all you needed.

Perfect House

Couldn't have asked for a better house. It had everything we needed, including beach toys for the kids. Very clean, TV's for everyone, outfitted kitchen, blender for drinks, multiple areas to hang out, puzzles, games...we were never bored. Quick beach access - I do wish IOP would put a cross-walk there, but traffic was very kind and stopped for us every time. There's also an outdoor shower so you're not tracking sand into the house or the pool. And even though the houses are close together you don't feel like you're right on top of anyone else because the vegetation is nicely grown in. If we need an IOP rental in the future, I'll be looking to see if this one's available first.

Family Thanksgiving 2023

The home was lovely and well-set for family together-time. The property was nicely treed and private. The pool and hot-tube (heated!) were a great draw for everyone, especially in the cool November temps.

Great place

Fantastic kitchen. Great pool and patio. Living area was great. The road to The beach is a little busy and you have to watch people leaving wild dunes. Be nice to have a golf cart to help get to the beach. nicely stocked beach items and towels. Very clean! We stay in IOP every year and definitely the best house we stayed at. Would rent again

60th Birthday

Perfect place for me and my four adult children and spouses and one grandchild(15 months old). Beautiful home with easy space with accommodations for all. Pool was great as was proximity to the beach. The staff who communicated with us were so helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful, Spacious House Perfect for a Large Group

We spent Christmas at this property, and we loved the house! The owners/management had even decorated with a lighted Christmas tree and holiday decorations, which was a nice touch! We had 10 people in the house and it was plenty of room for all of us. I would recommend only 3 cars, as parking can be a little tight. It's a short walk to the beach, but also a close bike ride to the north end of the island with the best shells. We found about 30 sand dollars while there! Wild Dunes is amazing for riding bikes. Bring your own bikes or rent, and you have miles of trails around the island. Probably the best feature was how equipped the home was for cooking. It had everything you could possibly think of. As per my usual, I packed spices, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, etc. because most rental homes do not supply these and I brought all of my items back home untouched! All of the bedrooms were impeccibly decorated and had comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and shampoo/soap/hairdryers. We heated the pool and spa the entire time and used it despite the cold temperatures outside. The home also features an elevator, which was great for my elderly mother. Charleston, Sullivan's Island, and Mount Pleasant are just a short car ride away. Our group also chartered a fishing trip from the Isle of Palm Marina and experienced a kayak excursion on Shem Creek. Would totally recommend the kayak excursion, as it goes out into Charleston Harbor and to a small island where you can hunt for shark teeth. Also recommend my favorite restaurant, Page's Okra Grill in Mt. Pleasant for their chicken and waffles, as well as an amazing sushi restaurant, Sushi Taro in Mt. Pleasant. A great vacation and a perfect house to experience Wild Dunes and Isle of Palms!

Bachelorette Party

I hosted my sister's bach party at this rental and everything was EXACTLY as expected and described. The house was immaculate and so spacious. There was literally everything we needed. The house is so beautiful and had so much free space to lounge and relax. We paid to have the pool heated and I highly recommend if you are coming in the fall months to do so. I am extremely satisfied with this VRBO!

Felt like home!

The Olivia House did not disappoint! This beautiful property is extremely well equipped. Everything you will need is provided especially in the kitchen. It is an easy walk to the beach. The property manager Robin was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. To quote my five year old grandson, "Best vacation ever!"

Amazing Olivia House!

This was hands down the best vacation house we have ever rented! We are new to Charleston area…been renting in HHI for 20 years. Besides being a gorgeous home, it was so well so stocked with every essential needed for a fantastic vacation….from new hand soap for every sink in the house to rock star beach chairs. Proximity to the beach was great…just an easy five minute walk. Location in Wild Dunes was the greatest being right inside the gate making access in and out easy. I could go on forever. It was all fantastic! We will be back. 😁

Great house!

We had a wonderful time at this property, management was very good about making sure we had all the information we needed, the space was large for our group of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids) to have room to spread out, especially since the weather was not very cooperative. We had a ton of rain, but the kids used the pool in the rain (it was plenty warm in Charleston in July!) and the ping pong table and downstairs space were great for the kids to hang out. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded Expectations - A Perfect Fit

Our whole group loved this house. Every time we thought of something that we needed, it was there. For us, it was a perfect set-up for our vacation. A great location and it had different places to hang out either with or without others in our group. The property manager, Robin Ahern, was outstanding! She responded to questions almost immediately and both she and her staff (Amber in particular) were very client focused at all times. It was a real pleasure to work with them. This house was simply a huge hit!
