We ran into issues with running water (couldn’t flush the toilet on the second night) and couldn’t take warm showers as the hot water boiler ran out within 5 minutes. The host’s contact information/phone number provided could not be reached and the host did not reply to our messages on the platform over the entire stay. The property manager only communicated in handwritten notes in Turkish which we had to translate manually. We were given the first floor unit rather than the third floor unit as pictured, which was not a huge deal as we were out touring the city for the majority of the day. Although we later saw that the third floor water heater is twice the size of ours
