Det var väldigt smutsig speciellt köket och kallt, AC n funkade inte i vårt rum så det var väldigt jobbigt och alla frös, städerskan kom in och städade lite kanske en gång på vår 5 nätter där. Jag skulle inte rekommendera detta hotellet men det ända bra saken va att den var nära mall of İstanbul fast men kunde inte gå dit för det var över en motorväg så vi fick ta taxi över allt. Det var inte nära nån station.

Stayed 8 nights with child. The Hotel is not for families with children, but for business ppl, tourists and others. Maryama and Hawa done excellence for room cleaning. Reception was amazing, but waiters for dinning restaurant --- some of them where not orientert for customer services. Very restricted for closing breakfast for even families with children All in all, public transport is far but cheap taxis are avaible.

On an average overall rating I would give this hotel 1 stars because their cleaning service is atrocious. But their staff was really nice and rooms are alright as well. So I gave them 3 stars overall. Would I stay there again? No. Was my room ever had a proper cleaning while I stayed there? No. I would give them 1 stars if it wasn’t for the hospitality of Shasenem. She was the only reason I stayed in that hotel otherwise I was leaving the hotel.

The good points about the hotel is that it has a welcoming feeling. Beautiful entrance. Very helpful friendly staff. Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I've had. We started unpacking and noticed the floors where pasted with dust. The inside of the cupboards where so dirty we had to rewash our clothes. When i went to use the bathroom it had old faeces in the toilet. The sofa was tiny in a 2 bedroom apartment and had stains all over it. We took pics showed the manger house keeping came and admited that the room was not checked. They then gave us an"upgrade" to a newly renovated 2 bedroom. However the upgrade only had 1 extra bed And they had to bring 2 beds for my kids which made the place cramped. This apartment was also not cleaned it still had the grout dust on the floors and walls . The cleaning service's need to be reevaluated and they need training. 4 people cleaned in 5 min. and yet there was dust and dirt on the floor from when we moved in. I had to call them back to clean. Garbage stated outside doors for 2 days. For a 5 start hotel its actually a definite 2star. Won't stay there again. They disappoint the Rotana name I tried uploading photos it won't allow me.

My name is Michael from United States. I really love this hotel. Especially the people, aside their wonderful location and amenities. I feel like home away from home and I cannot recommend it enough. It is all made possible by the wonderful people like Onur, Gülsüm, Fatima and Seyit, at the restaurant/bar who made the dinning experience from breakfast to the 24 hour room service complete. I cannot stop without mentioning Beyzanur, Sude, Ceren, Yaprak, Esref and Nuroy. It’s a big family worth remembering and mentioning. They all made me feel like a king and leaving brought us all to tears. They are like those nice family members and I can never forget their hospitality. It was my second time at Rotana and the experience has even increased. If you are looking for a nice and clean hotel at the best location, Rotana at Westside Residences at the Mall of Istanbul is the one. Their wonderful staff at the front desk, the Restaurant/Bar, Kitchen, the Spa, House keeping, and management will never let you regret it. It’s one of the best!

Staff were awsome!!! Everyone there were absolutly terrific i cant name them but the names i did catch were mr.Tanju and mr Esref! There was one to i didnt catch his name but he brought us chocalate tuffle to our room! These 3 especially went way far above and beyond. The food was so good my god i could live there me and the wife the room we stayed clean very clean bed so comfy and sound proof if i had tv in the living room on i could not hear it at all in bedroom plus u have a tv in bedroom to with a beautiful bathroom and bath other batroom towards kitchen area. Plenty of room 840sq. This hotel WESTSIDE RESIDENCES BY ROTANA is the best by far any hotel there the price you pay for the luxury dont come close to this hotel all of u can search and you will see im right! The kindness of these 3 men i stated earlier will make me come back in 6 months 0. Thank you westside residences...

It was very disappointing experience, I have been in Rotana hotels before and was really very nice and clean; but sadly this hotel not how I expected from Rotana, it's not clean, service not good how it should be, the location on Expedia not correct because the hotel entrance in the other side, no entrance from the bridge so you have to drive around to arrive the entrance.

Amazing view
I booked two bedroom. It was spacious with panoramic views. All apartmentsin Arjan located on 15th floor and above. There were 2.5 bathrooms and washing machine. The only drawback is the location because nothing around in the walking distance.

Good stay
I would recommend this hotel..I enjoyed my stay,but the house keeping can do better..and no utensils at all u have to call for them...but over all I had a wonderful stay my kids were happy there..i will be visiting again.

hotel need to more work
we stay in this hotel as service apartment , but the rue there r no any thing in the kitchen , every thing u need u ask , but no one response , just say ok , but nothing , the area is good but there r no enter from the street to the hotel , u have go from back if by walk or by car , so hard to find ,no metro near the hotel , the size of our apartment not as said here 120m , no no i think it is all 40m , breakfast is good but not that 5 star , the staff good but need much training to be pro staff , check in-out easy , fast , it is pricey for it is area , with this price can be stay in more good hotel in great area in istanbul , if it to me i not come back this hotel with this price , but it is not mean it is not good , if u not interest to historycal places it ok . but if u seach for calm , new area it is what u look for , by the way mall of istanbul is near but u need car to go there cost u 20 try one trip .
