We recently enjoyed a 3 night stay at this aptly named property. In town for an event at Cornell, and the location could not be better. The space was beautifully renovated, extremely clean, and well stocked. Quiet neighborhood, yet still an easy trip downtown, off-street parking for 2 cars. Good running/walking routes from the house, and fast, reliable internet if you need to work remotely (which we did). Hosts were responsive, so warm and kind! As the parents of a Cornell student, we have stayed at several local properties over the years. This was an outstanding stay, and we will certainly return!

We have found a home away from home near Ithaca College! This is a quiet, residential part of the community but still close enough to Ithaca and Cornell. It was nice to be able to go back and forth and “go home” and rest as needed. The bed was super comfortable and we appreciated having our own living room, kitchen and bathroom. The host greeted us to help with check-in— she was so sweet. The design details are beautiful and lots of storage to keep your items out of the way. We also needed to bring two cars this trip and there is ample space for onsite parking. This was really ideal for a couple! We loved it and plan to return.

My son and I stayed here while dropping him off at Ithaca for his freshman year. It was very cozy! The owners were super sweet. They were very thoughtful upon checkout, knowing I was leaving my son to fly back to CO. Highly recommend this property.

This is our 2nd stay at this cozy and comfortable apartment conveniently located in a quiet residential area. The check-in was easy and quick, and the kitchen was well equipped with anything you may need. The host was friendly as well attentive. Better than the Pictures!

My stay was excellent. The owner greeted me and briefly showed me around. The apartment was very private and spacious. It's about a 1 mile walk to the north side of campus, 1 mile walk to a gym, laundry mat, and pizza place. About a 10 min drive to everything else: Downtown Cornell with shopping and restaurants, Wegmans, and central campus. The place was very clean and well decorated with great air conditioning. It's a great 1 bedroom apartment for 2 adults to visit Cornell.

Tim and his wife Annette were so charming and welcoming! Because we had rented this for my husband‘s birthday weekend, Tim greeted us with a bottle of wine and a small birthday cake! That was just going above and beyond, and we had such a delightful time meeting both of them! This little apartment was perfect for two people, with a nice efficiency kitchen, which we used and we’re so grateful for. The bed was super, preferably comfortable, and we loved the sofa/den which overlooked a beautiful wooded backyard and we were able to see our car down in the driveway below. There was even a small deck with a little table and two chairs for us to have our breakfast on each morning! We are absolutely going to come back to this place sometime in the future!

25th anniversary getaway

The hosts were truly wonderful. They were super friendly and helpful and provided a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The rental was clean, comfortable, and close to Ithaca. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to make your own meals.Thank you for providing a peaceful and refreshing get away for our anniversary celebration.

perfect haven near Cornell

Charming, clean, comfortable, and peaceful cottage, with a host/hostess who have thought of everything! The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, nice dishes and glasses, an oven and refrigerator. The bed is comfortable, and the living room is a great place to hang out. The location set well back from the road made it possible for me to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the summertime sounds of crickets and cicadas. I can't think of a better place to stay in the Ithaca area with these amenities.

Road Trip

We so enjoyed our stay in Ithaca. This place was absolutely perfect for us. Centrally located for all our exploring. Close to Cornell University, and the Finger Lake region that we've never seen before. The cottage, itself, was even better than what we saw in the pictures. Super clean, beatifically decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was so nice and informative, just wish we had more time to sit down and chat. If we come back to this area, we would definitely stay here.

Fall trip to Ithaca

The property was outstanding...minutes from the Cornell Campus! It exceeded our expectations. The communication with Andy was excellent and on-property hosts, Tim & Annette met us upon our arrival, helped us check-in and acclimate ourselves to the property and could not have been more accommodating.
