8 ladies enjoying our annual girls trip. House exceeded expectations. A rare gem that is better than advertised. Excellent location to enjoy dining and attractions in Ithaca. Fabulous dining options in town Moosewood is not to be missed. Local parks are near by for waterfalls and hiking.Beautiful pastoral setting at the home. Modern amenities and convenience throughout the home. Our host was available for check in and that was a very nice touch.

Pristine, well maintained, beautiful home (exactly as advertised). Amenities and location were perfect as our son goes to Ithaca and is an easy 10 minute car ride to the house. Be sure to read the fine print of the contract in an effort to avoid any issues as the owners are sensitive to extra people and cars parked at the house for any reason.

The house was beautiful with 5 large bedrooms with private baths, a large table that we could all eat together and plenty of room to spread iut as well. We had 5 couples so this was wonderful. The house was newly built and decorated as it had been a barn before. We enjoyed the game and TV room after wonderful days spent hiking and at the wineries. I would recommend this property to any big group.

If we could give this place more stars- we would! We have stayed at dozens of rental homes over the years and this is the first place that we did not want for anything. The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly want or need and did not skimp on anything. They were also a pleasure to work with and extremely attentive with questions. The house is perfect for a larger group of adults traveling together and everything is very comfortable and stylish. Very well thought out with an attention to detail. We look forward to staying here again some day and are recommending this home to everyone!

Indulgence was very well equipped and great for our family of 11 including 6 adults and 5 children aged 1-7. The home is well built and nicely decorated. The single level home was ideal - we were spread out but together! The outdoor space gave the kids a great place to run around and the hot tub was fun too. We found lots to do in the surrounding area of Ithaca with Stewart Park, hikes to several falls, the Children’s Museum. Make sure to read the rental policies from the owners - they are a little different than VRBO’s - be sure you understand their policies around payment and cancellation in particular so there are no surprises. I had several interactions with Mitch (one of the owners) and he was very helpful and prompt in answering my questions.

This house is amazing. It looks and feels brand new and it's enormous. We couldn't have been more comfortable. Every amenity was available and the view of the pond from the back patio was great. Don't hesitate to rent it!

The house is perfect for multiple families! Every detail has been thought of and provided. The property inside and out is in top condition and wonderfully maintained. The kitchen was great to cook in. Multiple gathering spaces kept our group engaged and entertained. Beautiful covered porch for relaxing and grilling. The owners were very responsive to questions and quickly addressed any concerns. It is perfectly situated to take advantage of the Finger Lakes region and Ithaca NY. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Booked this property for a long weekend getaway with friends. The accuracy of the listing is spot on! The home and piece of property is gorgeous and does not disappoint. Plenty of space for everyone, clean and comfortable! Mitch and KC were easy to reach and helpful with a minor setback and informative of the local area. 10-15 minute drive to downtown Ithaca and a few miles away from some great hiking trails. Definitely a great place for a large group!

This property is even better in person than described. We stayed with 6 couples, Mitch was able to show us the property when we checked in which made things smootn. We had plenty of space for group activities, games and relaxation. I would highly recommend staying here and will be hopefully staying again in the future!

Our stay was perfect. This was our 2nd time at this beautiful home and everyone wants to come back. They are wonderful to deal with, very responsive to any and all questions. My family had a wonderful time at Indulgence! The space, the decor, the atmosphere were all stunning. The property is serene and peaceful. We have a big, growing family and we were perfectly accommodated for our holiday during our stay. The house was fully stocked and equipped with all we needed for our Thanksgiving feast! Mitch was a warm, responsive and accommodating host. We are already talking about another stay during the summer! 10 out of 10!

Beautiful home, impeccably clean. Kitchen was very well stocked, as was the entire home, with multiple games provided by our hosts who seem to have thought of everything. KC and Mitch were pleasant; KC went out of her way to help when one of our group forgot their passports, she accepted the express package at their home and delivered the package personally. The house was completely out of water at 10:00pm on the evening before our departure, with two of the toilets making a high pitched sound. We left messages but were unable to reach KC or Mitch. Fortunately water was fully restored by the next morning. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Excellent and super responsive hosts. Single level great for disabled person in party. Great large kitchen. Plenty of space for children to play and adults to relax. Minutes to Ithaca but definitely felt rural with working farm next door and plenty of bird song. Only significant issue was first well got low but landlord quickly came over to hook up to second well. Great communications before during and end if stay.

We stayed in this home for Ithaca College graduation weekend. We had a lovely time at this vacation rental. The home and setting was lovely. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked and the game room was so much fun! The hosts are communicative and so helpful. One of the nicest, more thoughtfully decorated and supplied homes we have stayed in. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect.
