The Space

A studio home set over multiple levels, in Jacks Point, south of Queenstown. The living areas look out to view of the Remarkables and the gold course.

The layout flows from shared building entry with 13A, then open-plan living, dining, sleeping and kitchen area, then separate bathroom, then small balcony off sleeping area.

Bedrooms: Open-plan studio sleeping area, with view of the Remarkables and the gold course.

Bathrooms: One bathroom. Standing shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, microwave, 2-burner induction cooktop, rangehood, coffee machine, milk frother.

Balcony: There is a small balcony with no seating.



Standard configuration:

King bed

Sofa converts to king bed. Please let us know at least 3 days prior to arrival if needed.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Guests do not have use of the laundry.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Internal staircase from shared building entry to loft; 17 steps; wooden handrail on right; stair light switch at base; tall window mid-stair with roller blind and views to The Remarkables

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (133 Litres Shared with the apartment below) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) are available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
