Underfloor heating keeps the space warm in winter, while a heat pump ensures comfort year-round.

Hanley’s Farm is one of Queenstown’s most sought-after neighborhoods — quiet, family-friendly, and sun-drenched. A short walk takes you to the popular Farmhouse Café, primary school, and playgrounds, while Frankton’s shops and airport are just 10 minutes away. Queenstown’s CBD, ski fields, wineries, and lakeside trails are all within a 15–20 minute drive.

Guests have full access to the main house, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, open-plan living areas, media room, outdoor spa, patio, and driveway parking. The property is private and exclusively yours during your stay.

Please note the garden is not fully fenced, so children should be supervised outdoors. Spa guidelines are provided to keep the water fresh and safe for all guests.
