We drove down for family weekend and She decided that a quiet weekend on the lake would be better than the hustle bustle of Knoxville. We hired a fishing guide to take us fishing and then watched the football game on TV. The house was perfect. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at House Mountain Retreat. Michelle had every convenience one could think of in the cute apartment. Since the weather was nice we enjoyed the screened in deck area with a beautiful view of the mountain, lots of places to walk and see the horses. It was a real retreat. »

« Very secluded and a perfect getaway at the lake. House is beautiful. On open water so gets some wake at the dock, but nice to swim and watch the boats. 3rd bathroom is located away from other bedrooms, but still nice to have 3 full baths. »

« Our daughter lives in Knoxville, about a mile from this rental. This is our second stay here and we will be back yet again in the future. It is very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities listed. We do not use the upstairs and never have, so I can’t comment on that, but it also looks large and very clean. The back desk and the little covered patio area off the living room are especially useful and appreciated. »

« This house was perfect for visiting friends/family in Knoxville. Honestly, driving up to the house on Central, we were a bit nervous as there were quite a few people experiencing homelessness and had never been on this side of town. However, we felt totally safe. I was with my 3 children and husband and another family. Everything was clean. The property managers are super speedy with requests. I would definitely stay here again. »

« We were in town for business and traveling with our two dogs. This was a perfect space in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown. The space was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood was perfect for long walks with the dogs. And the host communication was thorough, very prompt and included every question answered before we needed anything. The hosts are very dedicated to providing a private and clean space to relax. Nicely decorated and everything you will need. »

« The property worked out in being perfectly located near the golf course my sone was playing in a tournament at, and still be reasonably priced and also near numerous options for grabbing a bite while staying, and also near the interstate for into knoxville and etc. The place was exactly as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very nice and great to work with on our stay. We will definitely keep this place in mind the next time travel to the knoxville area. »
