„The townhouse was great/as expected. Simple decor, good size room, and very clean. The outside was well lit. Private/gated parking in the back as well as a parking pad in the front. Cute backyard area with tables and games to play. 2 downsides... 1) Neighbors were out front every night playing loud music and there are nearby railroad tracks. 2) We took our car to campus early, tailgated/went to game, thinking we didn't want to walk back to the house late at night.
