It is not the full duplex - just the front unit, giving you a private and self-contained home to call your own.

Pull up a seat on the plush sectional for a movie night on the 155-inch projector screen, or challenge the group to a round on the full-size pool table. The HDTV comes loaded with Chromecast, Fire TV, and Netflix for added flexibility, and a sound system rounds out the entertainment setup. Central air conditioning and central heating keep the indoor climate dialed in year-round, and portable fans offer extra comfort on warmer days.


Sleeping Arrangements
Three bedrooms each hold a queen bed dressed in bed linens and made up with extra pillows and blankets. Room-darkening shades help you sleep in, and clothing storage keeps belongings tidy. Beyond the bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and a queen murphy bed extend the home's capacity to sleep up to 9 guests comfortably across 5 beds total.


Kitchen & Dining
The full kitchen is stocked to handle everything from morning coffee to a group dinner. A Whirlpool refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, and oven anchor the setup, with a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, hot water kettle, blender, rice maker, bread maker, toaster, and baking sheet rounding out the appliances. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and chopsticks are all included, and coffee is provided to get your mornings started.


Workspace & Connectivity
A dedicated workspace in a room with a door gives anyone who needs focused time a quiet, closed-off spot to work. Fast Wi-Fi keeps the whole group connected throughout the stay.


Bathroom
The 1.5 bathrooms are stocked with Ginger Lily Farms Zero Derm shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, along with shower gel, hot water, and towels. A hair dryer and iron are also available.


Outdoor & Practical
The home has a private entrance and sits on a single level with no interior stairs. Free parking is available on the premises, with additional free street parking nearby. Exterior security cameras are positioned around the outside of the property - including a doorbell camera, a camera facing the main parking area, one on the left side, and two at the back. All cameras are visible, record only when motion is detected, and are never placed inside the home.
