Welcome to your dream vacation home! This newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bath beach retreat is just steps from the ocean and offers direct beach access. Perfect for families or groups, this home combines comfort and convenience for a truly relaxing experience.
The main floor features an open-concept living and dining area, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, and a spacious bedroom and bath. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a luxurious en-suite bath with a separate tub and step-in shower. Another bedroom and full bath complete the second level.
Outdoor living is equally impressive with two decks: one on the second floor for gatherings and one on the third floor, ideal for dining al fresco while taking in expansive ocean views.

Our vacation home was fantastic! So much room for the family and very comfortable amenities. There was a slight issue with bugs/ants but that is typical around the beach just had to be careful.

Labor Day Weekend
We stayed for four days. The condo is very close to the beach, just about a block away. The condo has been updated with modern amenities and is very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone.

Surprise Bday Girls Weekend
5 of us travelled to Jacksonville beach to surprise our one friend for her bday over presidents day weekend. The beach house was beautiful, very nicely decorated, stocked with all kitchen supplies you need for a long weekend. Bathrooms nicely redone. 1.5 short blocks from wide white sandy beach. It rained 3 of the 4 days but still got to walk on beach and relax. Lots to do in the area from open air market, watch the ocean from top deck, to seafood dinners. Only down, can hear the others in attached one bedroom apartment from the kitchen. They were lovely people though. Would definitely stay again. Property management was very responsive with answers to our questions, like wifi info and check in/out process.

This location was the next best thing to being oceanfront, offering instead a sweeping 360 degree views, including of the ocean. Loved being able to walk to Jax Beach and Atlantic Beach for shops and restaurants. Property feels brand new, all the latest amenities (don't miss the tub!). Would definitely recommend this property.

The home was just redone and is absolutely beautiful. Everything is top-notch. The beds are super comfy. The floor plan is open. It has three bedrooms, three full baths and nice ocean views. We loved the rooftop deck. Great for lunch, happy hour, sunrise and relaxation. Close to everything. Kevin, the host, was very easy to get in touch with and nice to work with.
