Twin Court Retreat offers not one, but two incredible backyard resorts. Spend the day lounging beside two heated (for a fee) pools, challenge your crew to pickleball tournaments on private courts, and perfect your short game on two putting greens.



Relax beneath shaded cabanas and pergolas, gather around fire pits after sunset, or enjoy family cookouts with outdoor grills and covered dining spaces. Whether you're planning a family reunion, golf trip, or weekend with friends, there's room for everyone to spread out and enjoy.



From morning coffee by the pool to evening pickleball matches under the lights, every day feels like a vacation.



💦 POOL HEATING | $35/DAY

Pool heating is available for an additional $35/day from September 15 – May 15, with at least 72 hours' advance notice. The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F; however, temperatures are not guaranteed when overnight lows fall below 55°F.

Inside, both homes feature bright, coastal-inspired spaces with open layouts that make gathering easy. With two fully stocked kitchens, spacious living rooms, and dining areas designed for large groups, entertaining is effortless.

🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.

• Up to 3 dogs

• $150 per pet fee

• Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted



💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, and a $35/day heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).
