« Excelente. Hotel novo e serviço muito bom. Funcionários treinados e extremamente prestativos. Recomendo. »

« Fiel ao anúncio. Tudo novo e bem cuidado. Excelente a limpeza. »

« Room refurbished but not entirely, not perfectly, some issues as rooms old (paints, door,...). We have had 2 rooms one for us one for the kids and many things were missing in one room vs the other : chairs, table outside, glasses, ... we have had to call several time reception. Not enough long chair outside vs number of habitations and size of the pool, it is a pity because people are very friendly and very nice, hotel is very nice outside, the spa was under refurbishment but seems nice. « todo espectacular!!!!! »

« Guardo amplo, mas precisa de manutenção. Assim como várias partes do hotel. Só havia 1 elevador funcionando. Equipes incansáveis de limpeza, organizacao e atendimento. Refeições variadas e fartas. Além de muita qualidade. Atendendo a diversos públicos. Piscinas diversas. Excelente opção para família. »

« Place is ok. Some staff are great. Speaking English I found it hard to navigate even using translation app. Could be cleaner. Lots of excuses from the owner. Could be a great place with minor changes. Over all not a bad place »

« Great resort ! Pools, beach, views are amazing. A lot of waves but it's possible to go in and to enjoy it. Great food with lots of options (buffet ok, good french restaurant, nice japanese), good drinks too. AMAZING relaxing massage (to pay). Wifi ok. Very nice people. Rooms were ok, nothing really special though. Great vacation, I recommend it! »

« Unfortunately, my experience did not match the standards I expect from a 5-star hotel. The Wi-Fi was consistently poor throughout my stay, with download speeds typically around 3 Mbps and very high latency, making it unreliable for work, video calls, streaming, and even normal browsing. I reported the issue shortly after check-in, but the connection never improved, and I never received any follow-up from reception. The television quality was also disappointing, with a low-resolution picture...

« Estadia excelente. Quarto maravilhoso.
