„Celebrated my Mom's 70th birthday and it was perfect! The only thing I would suggest is adding to the posting that food is additional and not part of staff cost as well as suggested 15% gratuity based on price of rental so people know up front prior to booking.“

„For some of us, this was our second time staying at the villa. We loved it some much we brought a bigger group on this trip. In a group of ten we all felt comfortable, with many nooks along the property, there’s plenty of space for alone time and group activities. Most used were the beautiful infinity pool and patio area. The staff were there to greet us with cool wash clothes which were most welcomed to refresh after our travels. „Cook and staff are fabulous. House is a bit more dated than pictures indicate, but well maintained and excellent location in a quiet bay. Local activities are worth checking out. Our group is quite seasoned in our travels, and our trip to Sun Kissed was over Super Bowl weekend. There were challenges with the house internet, but staff made accommodations to make sure we saw the game and were well fed. A great time was had by all in for our group of ten!“

You could walk to the beach, we usually took our rental car to sun coast which is a good spot on 7 mile beach. The house is really nice. The bedrooms are really clean. The staff are always around and are always helpful. It is not a luxurious house, but is has all you need, it's save and a great alternative to the resorts. “
