« We stayed here with 4 other couples. Our expectations were met the moment we stepped off the shuttle onto the property. The staff were there to greet us with cool wash clothes which were most welcomed to refresh after our travels. « This location was a cute loft bedroom with a small kitchen. Outdoor patio was nice to sit at for breakfast. The building is under renovation and will be very pretty when done but had a lot of construction debris/trash when we stayed. There is a grocery store supposed to open up on the property. Otherwise there was one nearby along with fast food snd other small restaurants within walking distance. Our host was very responsive and helped us arrange tours and transfers. »

« Spectacular views of the sunset, and a very comfortable, spacious place with everything you need for a upscale comfortable stay. The pool is perfect to cool down in after getting the sunny exposure the afternoons provide. « Description of the property was very accurate, but, I would suggest a tweak. “Technically” there are 5 bedrooms, w/ 1 bedroom outside the main home, which was likely intended for a staff member, who could have somewhere to rest w/o interfering with the main household. If travelling as a group, the positioning of this room is inconvenient as its locked off from the main house. Listing should read 4 bedrooms + 1 outside room with shower, so it’s clear. Great location, not too far from beaches...

« Four of us stayed here for 3 nights and I wish it was longer. Great location just outside of Negril, very secure with 24 hour security, the property has a wonderful private beach with great snorkeling and a big pool. Our host was very helpful and check in was easy. the home is immaculate with all new appliances and very comfortable beds. The view is awesome and the deck is great to just chill. I snorkeled directly in front of the property and that was really good too. I highly recommend this...

« Stayed with my family of 6. Staff was very friendly. We felt safe on the property. Upon check-we we’re given the wrong room. Staff apologized and quickly righted the situation. Stayed in the lower jungle unit. Plenty of space. Not much hot water. Kitchen pretty bare bones. Beach is beautiful. It is more towards the end of 7 mile beach. Can walk for miles on the Sandy beach.
