„Top Lage und Zustand vom Hotel. Total nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter beim Check-In und Check-Out. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!“

„A really unusual place to stay. Very friendly staff and a beautiful place to be. Wonderful view on the capitol.“

„Very nice and spacious room. Had a nice morning breakfast. The only downfall was pour water pressure in the shower on the fifth floor.“

„Gutes Frühstück, viele parkmöglichkeiten in der nähe“

„Well, my locked car was broken into inside the locked and 'secure' hotel parking garage. Laptop and other items stolen. Not cool. The parking garage is owned by another company, which has less than stellar customer service - it is impossible to get a call back from them. It appears the entrance to the parking garage also doubles as a public restroom for quite a few individuals. The hotel rooms were okay. The hot tub did not work. The pool was really nasty looking and very cold. Would not stay ...

„Awesome place! Friendly staff, good walking area for activities! No complaints“

„While the neighborhood is nice, I cannot recommend this place. As others have written before, they have a no-shoes policy in the house without providing slippers for guests. Though the Expedia listing mentions the same breakfast for all rooms, it only applies for the more expensive suites, not the standard rooms. There's no housekeeping - instead of B&B this might be listed as "make your own bed and cook your own breakfast". This might be fine if you book a hostel, but that's not what is ...

„Overall services were good“

„Everything was fine except we could never get our room cooler than 72°.“

„I was unsure if the hotel I booked it last minute for a concert. It was very reasonable so I went with an open mind a place to sleep. From the minute I walked in Chelsea greeted me with warm cookies and free water and early check in and room on the top floor! Truly outstanding experience! Loved the bar I could sit at and relax and close to concert! A great solo weekend away felt safe and comfortable!“

„Very nice property, large rooms and comfortable beds. Great, clean design.“

„Es gibt nichts wirklich zu bemängeln. Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber, die Betten bequem und das Hotel liegt nahe am Interstate. Unser Zimmer war etwas hellhörig und das im Preis inbegriffene Frühstück ist typisch für US Hotels - halt nichts Besonderes. Scheinbar gibt es Personalmangel, denn die Säuberung des Zimmers hätten wir anmelden müssen, was wir für unsere 3 Übernachtungen aber nicht gemacht haben.“
