I had an amazing time at this hotel. It was very quiet. And extremely nice inside. The staff were helpful and professional. Thank you for a great 2 night staycation. It was definitely something I needed. And totally worth it.

Arrived 315 in room by 320 quick efficient friendly staff! Room clean beds comfy! Great breakfast! Our go to for gymnastic competition yearly! Just fyi pool closes at 10 not 11!

What I didnt like was that I came here to get rest but wind up waiting outside for over 3 hours because fire alarm went off and there was no fire. I shoyld have slept in my car smh

Overall this hotelnwas very nice. The only issue was with the climate control - we discovered at night that no matter what we did, that the room was INCREDIBLY hot. Finally by a little after midnight we couldn't bear it and asked for help. The person on staff was really helpful - she came to our room and saw for herself how hot it was and that the climate control wasnt responding. She helped us by setting us up with one of the last available rooms, and was apologetic the entire tjme. The new room was much more comfortable so we were able to sleep! She saw us the next mornjng and asked us how the new room was, and apologized again (for something outside of her control!) Overall a good experience in spite of the one issue.

We stayed one night prior to skiing at Holiday Valley. Great value for the price. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included. I would definitely stay here again

Nice clean hotel, The young lady at the front desk was phenomenal. She was kind, informative and she did it with a smile. It was a snowy day and she was constantly mopping the floors to keep them clean. Breakfast was good as well. Nice options for everyone. We will be back in a couple weeks.

New years kids stay
Denise and Delaney were so nice. Denise was very pleasurable during the check in part and Delaney just went above and beyond. We stayed here w kids for the new years and she treated us so good. Very impressed.

Hotel was decent. Been in better Holiday Inn’s before. Do not expect much from housekeeping, they will not do much to your room. They will not make the bed or vacuum much. We had to take care of the trash and call someone to get it. Mainly they will change out the towels. Front desk was very friendly and helpful when asked for anything.

Decent motel stay
Room was clean. Toilet wasn’t flushing great when we arrived, ended up needing a plunger for it to flush better. Glass shower door has big gap and water splashes onto floor. We forgot our toiletries so front desk supplied us with a few items. The Keurig in the room was nice. The breakfast area is spacious and some decent breakfast foods are available.

The staff were friendly both at the front desk and at the early morning breakfast. I believe the kitchen was short staffed but the fellow in the kitchen was calm and kept up with the busy morning and kept everything filled. Didn't use the pool or exercise room so don't have any comment on them.
