„The location is great and was close to everything we needed. Grocery store less than :5min, quiet and not on a main road. Our stay was quick, one evening, so we didn’t use any kitchen items. Host was quick to respond. Overall no issues, extra towels & seemed to be stocked with whatever you might need for your stay. One shower so keep that in mind. Our three adults rotated through and no complaints on losing hot water.“

„We would stay at this property again if we ever return to Williamsburg! A perfect location, and being the end unit was perfect. The development was very quiet.Something we really appreciated.Talking to the owner was great. Very responsive. We needed a bottle opener. It seems within 15 minutes one was delivered to us! Then we discovered there was a bottle opener on the cork screw in the drawer. They went above and beyond. Plus the home is lovely, very clean and confortable furnishings.“

„The house is great and is very well appointed. The hosts have made every effort to make it feel like home. The kids loved the playground in the yard and shared the trampoline with the neighbors. Great for entertaining with plenty of dishes and utensils and pots and pans. Even an air fryer!! The hosts were great and answering any questions quickly and helped one of the other families recover a Christmas present left behind. Would stay there again next New Years! “

„We had a great stay here over Christmas - the house was perfect for what we needed - three families, close to attractions, comfortable, lots of communal space but also a space to step away so it didn't ever feel too crowded even though there were a lot of us. The kitchen was really well stocked - far better than most vacation rentals - so we could cook a large dinner quite easily. The host communicated clearly and was responsive to all contacts. It worked out perfectly. “
