The bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, and direct access to a sleek ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, creating a calm and functional space to unwind after a day in the sun.

At the front of the property, you’ll have access to a shared swimming pool, which is only used by this apartment and one other. Practical Information:
Our nightly rate includes accommodation, WiFi, and a fixed utility allowance covering water and electricity usage. A fair usage of 20 kWh of electricity per night is included. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary costs, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly. Any additional electricity consumption will be charged at USD 0.55 per kWh.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
