„Clean and quiet“

„The location of the property is very quiet. The staff is pretty nice. The rooms do not match what is seen online. I was forced to upgrade my room and that one also did not match the photos, and costed more than it was supposed to. There was an internet outage the first night we were there so wifi was out to no fault of the hotel. The second night we stayed I was awoken at midnight by someone who checked in with 3 children. You could hear the children running around all night and I was not able ...

„When you first get on the property the yard is unkept. We got in our room and it looked like a frat bro had a party in the room and the maid cleaned as well as she could. Things broken, stains on counter, curtains torn and I was scared it was going to have bed bugs. I love Holiday Express but this one was awful!!! I want my money back!“

„I enjoy perfect location“

„Good stay“

„Room had roaches staff thought I was doing fraud the ac didnt work the neighbors were doing drugs in the front and being loud all Halloween night screaming and making unnecessary noise I had to switch rooms 2x bc the first one was infested with to many roaches and the door handle for my door was broke and I was refused to get a refund from them“

„The room are so dirty that you can’t stay there comfortably. Staff offered another room but it was as dirty as the one they gave me initially. The internet never worked, a man was knocking at my door several times, I don’t know if he was trying to break in. At night they were knocking another door and screaming, it was a nightmare.“
