« It was super cozy and affordable. We loved staying for the weekend. Its in a good location, clean, 2 tvs, 2 pullout couches. The only reason for 4 stars for cleaning is some cobwebs. There was some loud music at night from a local bar but it didnt bother us! We turned on the fans, but if youre a light sleeper you might want earplugs. We would hivhly recommend »

« Had a fantastic weekend getaway here with friends! The house was perfect for a group, having plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had their space, and the living areas were a great size for hanging out together.The location was a highlight too. Being walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants, and bars made the whole trip so easy and fun.Would definitely recommend this place for a group weekend trip. We had a great time! »

« Major construction right next to the house. Workers used the parking lot directly next to the house to park trucks, use as a turn around & meeting area starting at 7:30am Saturday & Sunday. Very loud and had to keep curtains closed all day for privacy. No restricted parking spot for the house so we were nervous to move our car due to bar parking using the entire lot starting in the early evening. We love the house, but these changes have us rethinking our next rental when we return. »

« We loved this newly renovated cottage for our girls weekend! The location is so convenient, and everything was great. A few things to note: the third bedroom is a finished room in the partially finished basement and there’s no bathroom down there. The en suite shower is about the size of a camper shower but it is very clean! The primary bed is VERY FIRM!! The area around Ashtabula is chock full of fun, so we need to book it again for 4 days instead of 2 to give us time to enjoy the great kitchen...
